Hi, I'm Zoe.
I work exclusively with Human Design practitioners, Vedic / Yoga aligned teachers, founders, and creatives — because I am one of you.
I'm an advanced Vedic Meditation student and Human Design practitioner. I hold a BA in Communication Design, and have spent over a decade across business and agency environments — designing websites, shaping brand positioning, building email marketing systems, and supporting social strategy.
I also bring lived entrepreneurial experience, having built and run my own women's retreat business through multiple phases of evolution — branding, marketing, event design, sales, and end-to-end customer journey management.
This breadth allows me to work inside the nuance of your offerings, your language, your rhythm, and your business ecosystem. Bringing aligned principles, practical strategy, and real-world experience together. Not just working around the edges of it.
THE FOUNDATION — 90 MIN PERSONAL / BUSINESS HD READING
Before any strategy, design, or build, we spend 90 minutes inside your Human Design — your type, authority, profile, gates, and the architecture of how you are designed to live, lead, and create. From there, I align every element of our work to your design.
You'll leave with a felt sense of how you are built to move in your business.
I'll have the foundation to support you with real precision.

Added to month one of any retainer. Included in all project quotes.

$50 / hour · 20 or 40 hours per month
Retainers allow support to be flexible and responsive, shaped around what is most needed in a given season of your work. These are for founders ready to have a steady, devoted partner inside their business — someone who knows their work intimately and can move alongside them, week after week.
20 hr Retainer

Yes. Most of my work is held remotely, with clients across Australia, the UK, the US, and Europe. Time zones are worked around as needed.

Yes. Projects can be split into instalments (typically 50/50, with custom plans available for larger builds). Retainers run month-to-month with a 50% deposit at the start of each cycle.

Typically 6–10 weeks for a Build, 2–4 weeks for a Refresh. We move at the pace that is correct for the work.
